BODY ALIGN INTEGRATION COURSE
HOW TO START MOVING & LOAD JOINTS
This unit expands on the Foundations Unit with load (weights) incorporated into the basic movements. This unit focused on main body parts in each week, explore different methods of moving each major body part in 3 dimensions.
There are two main goals of the course
1. UNDERSTAND HOW TO LOAD DIFFERENT BODY PARTS
The main goal is to start to load, stretch, move, lengthen muscles through moving major joints in 3 dimensional functional movements. Learn how to target key muscles groups under tension and whist at the same time move efficiently and safely.
2. LEARN HOW TO RESOLVE INJURIES AND PAIN
Expand further on the Foundations Unit by exploring your body further by discovering why you move the way you do and learn ways to improve your movement. Start to combine the dots and work through problem areas in your body.
Maximum class size is 4 people
Duration: 50mins - weekly class (10 weeks duration)
